The Met Hotel is a 4 star deluxe hotel in the City Centre of Leeds. With 120 bedrooms and 18 conference rooms already in place, this vibrant and busy hotel is an excellent opportunity for the correct candidate.

Key Duties:
We are looking for a hard working, competent, conscientious, and dedicated Sales Manager who can manage their own workload and generate strong Conference Sales leads and convert to confirmed business. It is essential that we exceed our guests expectations at all times.

Other Duties:
The ideal person should be highly motivated and enthusiastic individual generating a minimum of 10 strong Conference Sales appointments, who wants to deliver a high standard of customer service at all times. Friendly and approachable attitudes are essential along with a 'can do' attitude.This challenging and varied role requires someone who is already in a similar role and is fully aware of how to maximise all potential sales opportunities, and have a strategic awareness of rates and strong knowledge on Conference Business.

Qualifications:
Full training will be given into the company culture; however, the successful candidate must posses a strong Sales background, possessing excellent attention to detail, along with good customer service, organisational skills and a good corporate image.
