Welcome to the Leeds Hotel Association's Case Studies section.

A career in Hotels & Tourism offers unlimited opportunities with many different types of jobs and career paths to choose from. As you will discover, you can start off in Leeds but end up in Barbados, equally you can start off as a Hotel Porter and end up a General Manager.

Within this career case studies section, we've tried to tell it how it is. This isn't a dressed up view put together to sell you a career, these are the real life experiences of people who are already working in our business.

Our business is about lots of individuals all making a difference. To a guest they only see a selected number of our teams, they interact with those people who work at the front of house. Our hotels however depend on many more people to make it happen. We hope you enjoy their experiences.
